The Anatomy of a Story: The Kitchen Curtain
Every narrative starts with a structural foundation. Much like an X-ray reveals the framework beneath the surface, these images pull back the curtain on my creative process for this 24-page children’s book. From the "skeletal" graphite sketches and character frameworks to the final digital layers of color and light, this gallery showcases the evolution of a story from its first conceptual bones to a fully realized world.
Note on Process: This collection includes a mix of final published spreads and conceptual mockups. These mockups are used to visualize the art in its intended context, providing a glimpse into the project's potential before reaching its final form.
